Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my StormyGame PC?
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Custom-built gaming PCs require additional time for assembly, stress testing, and quality assurance. Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking email once your PC ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all gaming PC orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates for accessories and other items vary based on weight and destination.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, but please contact us as soon as possible at support@stormygame.com or call +1 3642174528. We can update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Custom-built PCs may have a 15% restocking fee to cover assembly and testing costs.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
What warranty do you offer?
All StormyGame gaming PCs come with a 3-year limited warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We also provide lifetime US-based technical support.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural wear, liquid damage, or overclocking beyond our specifications. Software issues and viruses are also not covered.

Can I customize my gaming PC?
Absolutely! We offer fully custom builds where you can choose your CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, case, cooling, and more. Our experts can also help you configure the perfect build for your budget and needs.
What components do you use?
We only use premium components from trusted brands like ASUS ROG, MSI, NVIDIA, AMD, Corsair, EVGA, and more. Every component is carefully selected for reliability, performance, and compatibility.
Do your PCs come with Windows installed?
Yes, all StormyGame PCs come with Windows 11 Home pre-installed, activated, and fully updated. We remove all bloatware and optimize the system for gaming performance right out of the box.
How do you test your PCs?
Every PC undergoes 72+ hours of stress testing before shipping. We run thermal benchmarks, memory tests, GPU stress tests, and real-world gaming benchmarks to ensure your PC is stable and ready to perform.

Payment & Financing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Financing options are also available through our partner providers.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We offer financing options through our trusted partners. You can spread your purchase over time with affordable monthly payments. Financing is available for orders over $500.
When will I be charged?
Your payment method will be charged when your order is processed. For custom builds, you may be charged a deposit to begin assembly, with the remaining balance charged before shipping.
