3-Year Full Parts & Labor Warranty

All StormyGame gaming PCs are covered by our comprehensive 3-year warranty. This includes all parts, labor, and shipping costs for warranty repairs. There are no hidden fees, no deductibles, and no fine print.

Bonus: We also provide lifetime US-based technical support via email, chat, and phone.

What's Covered

CPU & GPU

Full coverage for all processor and graphics card defects. Includes replacement or repair at no cost.

Memory (RAM)

Coverage for memory defects, failure to boot, and compatibility issues. We'll replace faulty modules.

Storage Drives

Coverage for SSD and HDD failures, including data recovery assistance for the first 30 days.

Motherboard

Full coverage for motherboard defects, including socket damage and BIOS issues caused by manufacturer defects.

Cooling System

Coverage for air and liquid cooling systems, including pump failures and radiator leaks on factory-installed systems.

Power Supply

Coverage for PSU failures and voltage regulation issues. We'll replace the unit if it fails.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or physical mishandling
  • Liquid damage or spill damage (unless caused by factory-installed cooling system failure)
  • Damage from overclocking beyond our recommended specifications
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
  • Software issues, viruses, malware, or operating system corruption
  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration)
  • Damage caused by power surges without proper surge protection
  • Loss of data - we recommend regular backups

How to File a Warranty Claim

Troubleshooting

Our support team will guide you through initial troubleshooting steps. Many issues can be resolved remotely without returning the PC.

Return Authorization

If a repair is needed, we'll issue an RMA number and a prepaid shipping label. Pack your PC securely in the original packaging if possible.

Repair & Return

Once we receive your PC, we'll diagnose and repair it within 7-10 business days. We'll ship it back to you with tracking information.
