Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Custom-built gaming PCs may have specific return conditions outlined below.

Custom Gaming PC Returns

Custom-built gaming PCs are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The PC must be in original condition with no physical damage, modifications, or tampering
  • All original components, accessories, and packaging must be included
  • Any warranty seals must remain intact
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to custom builds to cover assembly and testing costs

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Software, digital downloads, and license keys
  • Items that have been physically damaged, altered, or modified
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Special order or custom-configured components not part of a standard build
  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@stormygame.com or call +1 3642174528 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged
  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product, an error on our part, or damage during shipping. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including items that are returned with missing parts, items that show signs of use, or items returned after the 30-day window. The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability of your new product.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will troubleshoot the issue with you and, if necessary, arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost. Our 3-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
