Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product, an error on our part, or damage during shipping. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including items that are returned with missing parts, items that show signs of use, or items returned after the 30-day window. The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability of your new product.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will troubleshoot the issue with you and, if necessary, arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost. Our 3-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
