All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom-built gaming PCs may require additional time for assembly, stress testing, and quality assurance. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We ship from our facility in Perham, MN to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all gaming PC orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates for accessories and other items vary based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations, additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact us at support@stormygame.com for a shipping quote.

Shipping Carriers

All gaming PCs are shipped with signature confirmation required to ensure secure delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address.

Damaged or Lost Packages
